Description: A true story of a professional musician, performer, and singer who had it all until it all began to crumble. Nancy Elizabeth Jones graduated top of her class, three years early. At age 15, she travelled to Europe where she began studying with world class instructors. She won many competitions but also faced cruel elders with misplaced intentions. Her home life was also a challenge. Music was a constant and one of the works that brought calm throughout the turmoil, especially during her sudden and debilitating illness, was Chopin’s Raindrop Prelude. Throughout it all, Nancy dove deep and accomplished many joyous acts and is touring today as a widely successful concert pianist. Her motto as a young adult was “Don’t practice till you get it right, practice till you can’t get it wrong.”

Often going unseen, abuse and brutal sayings from people she respects trail her every step as she desperately seeks to be seen, noticed, and to matter. This second film is a daring jump to connect the three movies.

Description: Culmination of trilogy. The age-old theory of nature vs nurture collides with reality in this shockingly believable account of AVA (an intrinsically good sociopath, kidnapped at birth), THETA (born into a good-to-a-fault Christian family, who needs pain to balance her life), and ESME (the well-meaning and underrated orphan) as their lives intertwine in unexpected ways. Same town, very different lives, and coming of age against a backdrop of polar realities and a perceived sense of normal, each attempts to make sense of their world through examination of self-suffering, light and darkness, and internal and external pain.
